ryan schmidt f6c51e0c61 GeometryCore: minor DynamicMesh fixes. Change ensure to a checkSlow in DynamicMesh3::AppendTriangle. Add FDynamicMeshOverlay::GetTriangleIfValid(). Handle unset triangles in CountVertexElements().
