nick darnell 9050feaa4a SlateMaterialBrushes shouldn't be destroying their resources directly we already have a system to free resources based on rendering handles, and GC. Removing this code so that two instances of SlateMaterialBrushes pointed at the same Material don't cause one to stop drawing if the other goes away.

UMG - Giving the rich textblock the ability to have the text style sets swapped out at runtime, needed to add the ability to the base RichTextLayouttMarshaller to have the decorator style set swapped out to allow for dynamic rethemeing of rich text content.
