danny couture d5ba6e94d9 Remove BackgroundPriority to let the ParallelFor auto select the best priority depending on which thread is launching the paralllelfor
i.e. This allows latency sensitive texture compression parallelfor from the gamethread to benefit from all the foreground threads and complete faster
