ADDED thumbnail renderer for GeometryCache
ADDED BP creation from GeometryCache asset
ADDED de-registering of handlers during GeomCacheModule shutdown
FIXED bug with importing Materials, though recreating a clean scene in Maya also fixed it (bad Maya history)
