LiveCoding: Prevent object files being overwritten during a live coding compile. Object files are now built with a .lc suffix, leaving the original files intact. This ensures it can gather COFF data from the correct executables on relaunch, and means that any existing changes will be patched in as soon as the first Live Coding compile is initiated. Should fix several issues.

Fix settings for enabling shadow variable and undefined identifier warnings not being treated as requiring a unique PCH. Also fix shared PCHs not enabling each by default. The compiler (at least on Windows) does not produce a warning/error on this mismatch, but does not respect the different settings passed via the command line.

When loading BuildConfiguration.xml we now strip whitespace characters around xml node values (except for string values). This allows a more convenient configuration. Also added a explicit format check for boolean values as incorrectly formatted values would simply be interpreted as false.
