Ben Zeigler dfb00e00b2 #UE4 Call PostSerialize on UStructs loaded as part of a data table if they implement it. This allows doing post load fixups for data tables
Move UseNativeSerialization, UseBinarySerialization and StaticSerializeItem from UStructProperty to UScriptStruct so they're easily accesible without a property
