Sebastien Hillaire c165c56a65 Strata VGPRs optimisation.
Strata enable
SkyEnv   pass: Before 228VGPRs, now 144 (strata disable: 64 VGPRs)
DynLight pass: Before 216VGPRs, now 124 (strata disable: 64 VGPRs)

occupancy goes from 10 to 20% (good but the original one is 40%). There are still things we can do to get there.
