francis hurteau 44122576f1 ZenLoader in Editor: Respect the LoadObject flags LOAD_Quiet and LOAD_Warn flags to silence warnings about missing packages in this scenario. 
Always silence warning about missing package for script packages, just like GetPackageLinker() simply returns nullptr for PKG_InMemoryOnly.
