UMG - Widget Components now support 3 blend modes, Opaque, Transparent, Masked (new). Masked allows you to have the trasperency you need on edges and such, but actually writes to the depth buffer, so that it sorts correctly. There is also now an option for ticking when the in world widget is offscreen to continue to allow animations to play and tick to be called on the widget.

Allow UBT to find a matching PluginInfo for a module, even if the target hasn't specified that it's using that plugin. Fixes issue where UFE was adding VisualStudioSourceCodeAccess as a dependent module directly, which was causing it to be output to the Binaries/Win64 folder rather than the plugin directory.

Add UnrealVersionSelector. Allows having multiple engine installations (GitHub and binary) on the same machine, and uses a tag in the .uproject file to associate projects with the correct one. Also sets up explorer shell extensions on Windows, allowing a project to be associated with any engine version.
