- Improved Windows SDK detection - moved functionality from UEBuildWindows.cs to MicrosoftPlatformSDK.cs so Turnkey "installed sdk" uses the same function that UBT will use to choose the SDK from a list of preferred SDKs, with fallbacks to other locations.
