Cooker: SkipOnlyEditorOnly: Turn SkipOnlyEditorOnly on by default for all projects and all licensees in 5.4. If it causes a problem, and it is not obvious how to fix it, turn it back off again by editing DefaultEditor.ini:[CookSettings]:bSkipOnlyEditorOnly=true, and please send a UDN asking for help in fixing the issue.
