jeanfrancois dube 35e5f06c9b Renamed SceneComponent.bComputeBoundsOnceDuringCook to bComputeBoundsOnceForGame, and implemented it for all game builds.
With this change, all HLOD scene components will compute their bounds once during cook or once for PIE/Game builds.
