Fix freetype not compiling properly on platforms using the old 2.4.12 version. That version uses different casing for the include directory (and perforce cannot move files based on case alone) so we cannot globally set the include path

Make it easier to reproduce non-unity/non-pch errors when building locally - compile all modules by default for the UE4Editor target, and disable PCHs when doing a single file compile (currently assumes PCH is already built).
