alex mcadams c81e98fb55 UEFN sanitize physics assets by removing PhysicsConstraintTemplates when in a restricted editor which does not allow constraints. 
Physics Assets are sanitized as part of the ValkyrieEditorPrepareProjectSourceDataForUploadFlow (same as blueprints).
