#jira UE-88070 - UnrealDisasterRecoveryService paths are too long - Renamed UnrealDisasterRecoveryService as UnrealRecoverySvc - Set a ConcertSyncServer ShortName as "CncrtSyncSvr" to ensure shorter build path. The change saves 29 characters on the offending path.
