- Very super early support for VisionOS (requires Xcode 15 beta2 or later).
- THIS IS NOT USABLE YET - WORK IN PROGRESS!
- It builds, links with IOS libs (warnings, not errors), can cook and it boots in Simulator, but is dying in MetalRHI
- UnrealTargetPlatform.VisionOS is currently defined in Engine code, it is not pulled out like would be correct for a full true platform extension
- Refactored a lot of Build.cs files to use UnrealPlatformGroup.IOS/Apple instead of individual platform checks, to make VisionOS integration simpler

If you still need to old behavior of searching for a library we use the new PublicSystemLibraries instead (used very sparingly).
Also updated conventions on importing Android libraries to use the newly introduced Android Architecture instead, which is always set to a valid architecuture (unlike Target.Architecture for the general case)
Lastly I updated some build.cs files that were doing filesystem enumeration or copying as they were being parsed, this is highly discouraged (partially because we cache filesystem operations but also it adds a cost to something we expect to be very fast). Any operations like this should be done as part of the build if they have to be done at all.

Don't wait indefinitely for a native window in Daydream if the application is exiting.
Fixes a bug that leaves a defunct process when dismissing the dialog to put the phone in the daydream headset preventing the application from being launched without killing it first.
