15d2e7a1e8 Reworked the Pre-Skinned Local Bounds node. Now outputs Half Extents, Extents, Min or Max of the bounding box. Also added tootips to the pins. This was added to the 12 bytes of padding in the primitive uniform buffer, so no increase in size. This is compatible with previous usage of the node.

63a6608fb6 Animation: Allowed TargetSkeleton to be edited on Animation Blueprints, and updated the comment on it
- This allows sharing one parent anim BP on different skeletons by creating child anim BPs *as long as* some additional step or process ensures the replacement of all referenced anims with new ones that are compatible with the new skeleton (e.g., via a data driven substitution system like an anim set, or thorough use of anim overrides)

a7c284eaf9 Sequencer: Fix multiple components being added
This was a result of adding the event callback OnActorsAddedToSequencer in GetHandleToObject. This would cause issues because the callstack is:

GetHandleToObject -> LightComponent
    GetHandleToObject -> PointLight
        AddDefaultTracks
           GetHandleToObject -> LightComponent (this fails to find the first guid because the parenting structure isn't set up yet)

The fix is to move OnActorsAddedToSequencer to CreateBinding
