5ea43e3f8b plane cut cleanup:
- add comment and editcondition for FillSpans, move next to FillCutHole
 - move default setting values consistently in to the struct, rather than being half there and half in the constructor
 - move action buttons to use a PendingAction variable and actually do the action in the OnTick, rather than doing the action in the handler -- this lets the actions get the correct transaction labels in the undo history

196be0f6d1 GeometryProcessing: replace UE::Geometry::FVector3d/FVector3f with UE Core versions based on TVector<T>. FVector3<T> is now an extension of TVector<T>. Update all affected call sites.

02b015cbb4 Fixing broken Ctrl+click and other modifier behavior in MeshModelingTools by reverting most of the input processing changes from 15676489. Made tools not process inputs captured by viewport flying to keep another issue fixed. Made KeyAsModifierInputBehavior not capture input.

038fc1b8af change the way generic attributes are handled so that we can preserve generic attributes across mesheditor AppendMesh operations
+ a couple minor helpful additions to DynamicMeshEditor: add a cleanup function for removing unreferenced vertices, and add a parameter for StitchSparselyCorrespondedVertexLoops to optionally reverse its triangle orientations

e85ae49f14 The EditorToolsContext is now owned by the mode manager.
Updated Mesh Paint, geometry, arch gen, hair lab, and sample editor modes to reflect changes to the tools context ownership.

112920fcb1 Enable autocalculated tangents for most mesh editing tools. This preserves appearance when editing meshes with normal maps. However these tangents are not written back to the MeshDescription, we current assume that the build settings will result in tangents being recomputed on Accept.
