4e1c779078 Improved the property filtering options when creating a structure detail view
Previously you could only control whether you saw object properties or not, you can now control whether you see object, asset, class, and interface properties.

cf7ffd818b Added a method to add a blank actor from the placement browser
Integrated MarcA's changes to display and edit per actor instance components.

Must set bInWorldBPEditing to true in experimental settings to enable.

f440490671 Converted the property editor to use FText
The display name, filter string, and tooltips for the property editor (and associated detail customizations) are now stored as FText rather than FString. This allows us to remove SLATE_TEXT_ARGUMENT from the detail customization widgets.

31e2bb00ac Removed a bunch of stuff from Slate standard include, created SlateBasics.h
* Moved Slate.h into SlateBasics.h and began shifting less commonly used headers into SlateExtras.h.
* Slate.h now simply includes SlateBasics.h and SlateExtras.h.
* Slate.h includes a deprecated warning now to indicate that SlateBasics.h + specific includes should be used instead.
* Moved dozens of inlined functions using Slate widgets into .cpp files to avoid header dependencies.
* All code samples now include SlateBasics.h and SlateExtras.h so future shifts will not break most those projects, but not trigger the deprecation warning of including Slate.h.

f167dce37e Slate: Moved TestSuite and ColorPicker into new module AppFramework
The AppFramework module is intended to be used for compound widgets and UI related classes that are too specific (not basic enough) for Slate, but also not Editor specific (reusable in non-Editor applications and games). The test suite has been moved in its entirety for now, but core widget specific test classes will eventually be split off and moved back into Slate, so that they can live alongside of their corresponding widgets.

Other changes:
- moved to "include what you use" scheme for SColorPicker
- broke out color picker related widgets that may be reusable
- added forward declarations to reduce header include dependencies

d628c5477e You can now use an actor picker to choose which actor to attach to
TTP# 279062 - ROCKET: TASK: PUNTABLE: Viewports: "Drag to Attach" feature

Moved FEdModePicker out of the Private section of the PropertyEditor module, and into its own module so that it can be shared between the PropertyEditor and LevelEditor modules. Also renamed it to FEdModeActorPicker.

Added a way to filter FEdModeActorPicker by checking the actor directly (this complements the class type check it already had).

Added an actor picker button next to the scene outliner in the "Attach To" menu on actors. This is also mapped to the Alt+A command.

Built and tested in unity and non-unity.

fdbf05dd13 TSharedPtr build time improvements
#ttp 332486: TSharedPtr compile times seem to be exponential

#add Move semantics for TWeakPtrs, TSharedPtrs and TSharedRefs.  Conversions between TWeakPtrs and TSharedPtrs are not move-aware because moving would be worse than copying.  Also, TSharedRefs are move assignable but not move constructible, because we can't leave a TSharedRef as NULL.
#fix Removed extraneous copies of F(Shared/Weak)Referencers in assignment operators which were hurting build times.
#change Changed FReferenceController's definition to reduce template instantiations and remove a Clang-specific hack.
#change Split FReferenceControllerImpl into FReferenceControllerOps and FReferenceControllerState to reduce template instantiations.
#remove Deleted DynamicCastShared*, because we don't support RTTI.
#fix Replaced the only visible use of DynamicCastShared*, in PropertyEditorModule.cpp, as it seemed unnecessary.
