86f2e08a55 - Added support for DesktopPlatform to package content and executables together (editor's File | Package)
- This is a first pass
  - Mac uses data outside the .app so that there's only one copy of the content. This should get a bootstrap executable like Windows has
  - Only tested on Mac so far, although it doesn't handle D3D11 shaders, or some of the icon updating for the bootstrap working
- Added Desktop platform icons

3d878d5a79 PR #996: Fixing PVS-Studio warnings (Contributed by PaulEremeeff)
I have reviewed each change carefully, but it is a large change and I could have missed something! Here is a summary of the types of changes in this CL:
 * Made nullptr checks consistent (the plurality of the changes are of this type)
 * Completed switch statements (IE, switch did not explicitly handle default case, but had unhandled enum entries - this is the second most popular type of fix)
 * Removed unused variables
 * Removed redundant initializations
 * WidgetNavigationCustomization.cpp was fixed by the owner
 * integers converted to floats where result was stored in a float
 * Removed redundent null checks (e.g. before delete statements)
 * Renamed variables to prevent non-obvious shadowing
 * Fixed use of bitwise & when checking for equality to an enum entry (which is often 0)
 * Fixes for some copy paste errors (e.g. FoliageEdMode.cpp)

Adding Texture LOD settings to Device Profiles
- this will improve how we currently edit and override lod settings on a per device type bases.
- LOD Settings can now be set in the Device Profile Editor
- Any device profiles with no values set for LOD Settings, will use the default objects.
- These can be found in BaseDeviceProfiles.ini in the /Script/Engine.TextureLODSettings section
- Appropriate defaults set for those groups not listed.

-Other fixes
- - Incorrect with_editor check in HTML5 target platform, changed to with_engine

a98d6d5f5c - Changed Android ES31+AEP support from a TargetPlatform to a checkbox that works with any Android TP
- Moved HighQualityLightmap support check to IOSTargetPlatform so it can check project settings for Metal support
- Fixed some issues running on an x86_64 device
- Cleaned up some unused functions in TargetPlatform

79a26091bf Fixed behavior on FString::ParseIntoArray (muliple delimiters overload) functionality to support optionally culling empty strings. Greatly simplified implementation logic. Output parameter now properly named and taken by reference.

56440f0048 - First checkin for the new DesktopTargetPlatform that will be able to cook packages for Windows, Mac, and Linux. So far, cooking on Windows and Mac and run on each other (with -opengl on Windows, since Mac can't currently compile D3D shaders)

b7f66f40b8 Change many string replace/compare/find operations which use a fixed case search pattern to be case sensitive. This avoids unnecessary expensive string case operations when searching for things like dots and slashes.

b5a273a278 SDK path editing in editor.
- Added class to hold values (AndroidSDKSettings)
- Added code to Android editor module to setup the values on load
- Changed device detection so that the thread is always started and the SDK path can be changed on the fly
- Changed Platform Target Management Module so that a single platform can be checked via UBT
- Settings can now be sourced from an ini file via temp direct reading code (auto seralisation is disabled until later changes are made)
-- Settings currently not exposed in editor

- Added Mac Environment var setting support

- Envars can now be passed down to process start points in tools
