cb0456c6d4 Cleaned up build.cs files by removing any include paths that were already being added by UBT. This was done to help identify how include paths are being added and to help with future refactoring.

6dd0507189 Check that navigable areas have recast tiles indices that can fit in to an int32. An error log is output if this occurs.

70dca410ee Fix for dtOffMeshSegmentConnection::height is never serialized. It turns out this variable is never used and the whole off mesh segment connection feature is unsuported and has known issues that were never solved at the conceptual level.
I've added comments to make it clearer this feature is unsupported and removed the height variable that isn't used to simplify and tidy up the existing code.

ffd235bd12 Add way to get random position inside a specified nav polygon
I need that because I do a floodfill query (with ARecastNavMesh::FindPolysAroundCircle) and then need to test positions to move in the resulting polygons

bb0d62981c [Navmesh] When building using chunky region partitioning, include remaining non dividable cells into the last split.
This prevents having one cell wide region strips and one cell regions and the 'Region Chunk Splits' setting is now correctly respected.
Before this change, a region split on 2 could result into 3 splits (ex: a 17 cells wide tile would have been divided into 8-8-1 splits, with this change it will be 8-9).
