Prevent use of an invalid parent class when creating a blueprint from actor via subclass.
Update the filtered class list when changing from subclass to harvest/child actor mode when a single actor is selected.

Add a listener for UUnrealEdEngine::OnMakeAssetReferenceFilter which returns a subclass of IAssetReferenceFilter that was constructed with the supplied context. PassesFilter will be called on this filter object to determine if the reference is allowed. Currently respected by asset picker, class picker, details panels, and edgraph drag/drop operations.
