9879d7f52d UnrealBuildTool: Support VS2022 Preview
Default is still VS2019, running `GenerateProjectFiles.bat -2022` will create a solution and projects that pass -2022 to UnrealBuild tool when compiling from Visual Studio to force it to use the 2022 toolchain.
Please note, as the defaults are unchanged building from UnrealGameSync will still compile with VS2019 so I would disable that build if testing VS2022.
None of this is necessary to use VS2022, it can open VS2019 solutions and will use the Vs2019 toolchain to build.

700dc86148 - Improved Windows SDK detection - moved functionality from UEBuildWindows.cs to MicrosoftPlatformSDK.cs so Turnkey "installed sdk" uses the same function that UBT will use to choose the SDK from a list of preferred SDKs, with fallbacks to other locations.
- Windows allows for any SDK to be used without updating Env vars, etc, so we don't really need a strict single "InstalledVersion" - we dynamically choose a version every run of UBT, and now Turnkey will match this logic
- Added device detection to Turnkey for Windows

d1eb7b7007 UBT: Always embed an application manifest during linking, rather than relying on the resource file to include one. This ensures that projects that have a custom resource file for icons, versioning metadata, etc... still operate correctly with manifested OS versions.
To embed a custom manifest, set the WindowsPlatform.ManifestFile to a vaild path in a *.Target.cs file. To disable the embedding of the default manifest, set it to null.

c676bdc47b UBT: Prevent creation of a UE4Editor target for validating the shared build environment from modifying environment variables for the main process. This causes the exported XGE scripts to have the wrong environment variables, and a separate environment to be created. When multiple targets have overlapping artifacts, this results in illegal cross-environment action references.

ba53539174 UE-76509 Packaging for Hololens doesn't work in an Installed build
-fixes hololens arm64 packaging error about mspdbcore.dll, this affected non-installed builds as well
-several other jiras are linked from that one that will still remain for packaging from installed builds
-(actually implemented by joe, reviewed and tested by me)
