70bc5b69f4 RigVMRegistry: Added support for user defined type addition and removal
Important notes:
1. We should now use TypeUtils::GetUniqueStructName  instead of struct->getstructcppname for type names used by the registry since user defined struct need to have unique names generated for them

2. We should be aware that we can have invalid permutations in templates when types are deleted, so make sure you check for typeindex != INDEX_NONE when looping over permutations

555783edcb Control Rig / RigVM: Improve asset loading performance
- Overall Loading time went from 21.439 seconds to 7.521 seconds
 - Improved Postload from 6.643 seconds to 0.915 seconds
 - Improved InitControlRigEditor from 13.422 seconds to 4.842 seconds

78267bdbb5 Fix for Control Rig exported vectors not working when used on AnimBP
Pin default value is now generated using FBlueprintEditorUtils::PropertyValueToString, which generates a valid default string for anim graph pin editors

* renamed setup event to construction event
* new nodes to spawn bones, nulls, controls etc
* class settings to limit how many elements can be created procedurally

e8f38eb3ea ControlRig: Reverted a previous change that parented rigvm memory objects to the ControlRigBP asset object because the engine no longer supports uobject as uclass outer, only upackage can be the outer of an uclass.
Also added UControlRigBlueprint::GetPreloadDependencies to ensure memory classes are loaded before ControlRigBP during cooking.

f208525adb ControlRig: Reparent rig vm mem class to the asset obj instead of the package because asset related operation assumes that each package only contains one asset object and actions like rename only acts on that one object and skips other objects in the same package

98c834dfd7 Control rig and RigVM changes to allow for data interface prototype to be further developed
This removes some of the dependencies on UControlRigBlueprint and replaces them with 'host' interfaces for URigVMController and URigVMGraph.
Also adds support for TScriptInterfaces in RigVM. This includes a modification of the RigVM parts of UHT.
Some of these changes are due to be reworked later to allow RigVM-hosting systems to not have to be also implemented in terms of control rig.
