7a170c9f24 A couple of adjustments to console input :
* Closed the suggestion box when using the keyboard shortcut (tilde key, usually) to switch between status bar console input to output log console input
* Auto-adjusted the editable text box size so that we better see the content for long console commands

74d303ad20 SourceControl: Don't enable check-in changes button when there are unsaved changes. After those changes are saved to disk, there exists a window of time before the provider realizes there are changes, resulting in the button temporary switching back to 'No Changes' before re-activating 'Check-In Changes' again.
This was deemed problematic, so falling back to old behavior.

b411bea7c0 Tag allocations related to Editor - Framework components
Added LLM tags for many allocations in Editor Framework components.  Used best judgement for use of existing tags.
Added EngineMisc/MessageLog tag to capture allocations that the logger does since it is a well defined core system that all other modules tend to use. This will pull the disparate allocations within the logger attributed to a lot of other tags into it's own bespoke tag.
Added a LevelEditor tag since it is also a fairly large component. There isn't a generic 'Editor' tag, though I think this might be worthwhile to explore as there are other editors in UEd (PropertyEditor for example).

df6df596f7 Ensure the camera does not reset when we are syncing or reverting a file or all files via source control
A scoped class is added to retain and restore all camera views which is used when we reload or sync packages.

b29f599449 * Refactored Sync Latest operation to improve performance
* Sync Latest no longer listing and reloading all packages when the source control provider provides a sync preview functionality. When a Sync Preview is available, Sync Latest unloads only the files that are going to be overwritten by the sync operation, and then reloads them and the world

* Refactored Revert All operation to improve performance
* Revert All no longer lists and reloads all packages when the source control provider provides a sync preview functionality. Instead it unloads only the files that may be overwritten by the revert operation (i.e. submittable files), and then reloads them and the world
* Replaced RevertAndReloadAllPackages with RevertAndReloadWorld, no longer listing and reloading all packages (see https://p4-swarm.epicgames.net/reviews/23244245/)

4ff7bab147 Slate: Initial phase of FVector2D deprecation
- Expanded FDeprecateSlateVector2D to provide structs for parameters, return types and member variables that use FVector2f, while still allowing conversion to/from FVector2d with optional per-module deprecation mechanisms.
  - Many of the high-traffic SlateCore types like FSlateBrush, FGeometry and FSlateLayoutTransform have been converted to use these deprecation mechanisms.
  - Some legacy FGeometry::ToPaintGeometry and MakeChild overloads have been explicitly deprecated since they cause ambiguous overloads with FSlateLayoutTransform if it were to support implicit construction.
  - Deprecated ULocalPlayer::GetPixelBoundingBox and GetPixelPoint to prefer FVector2f for OptionalAllotedSize parameter since this parameter is expected to come from FGeometry
  - Exposed FVector2f members to blueprints
