Updated GitPullRequest script
...
- Now automatically creates GitRepo for you
- The default folder is "/Engine/Intermediate/PullRequestGitRepo/" (you can override with the '-Dir=<folder>' option)
- Added optional '-Clean' argument to wipe any existing temp Git repo
