Integerate GDC Changes into main. tested w/ QAGame, Soul and the moz custom built firefox.
- resizable HTML5 canvas.
- fix mouse coordinates for html5
- depth fade using alpha ( @todo - use real webgl depth textures )
- fix landscape rendering. ( bgra is not supported on webgl )
- expose a console command handler to javascript. ( used while reszing )
- update html5 .html5 game template.

- Moved the blocking portions (adb calls) of Android device detection off to a thread.

- This happens in a new module that the android target platforms depend on so that there aren't 6 different detection threads spun up.

All "Open Source" actions on asset's source objects use the Edit verb when launching the file, so that the correctly bound Windows application can be used. So that you get behaviors like photoshop opening textures instead of Image Previewer or Audacity for Sounds instead of Windows Media Player.
