53fd8641ae Horde: Move type aliases into namespace scope for simplicity. Also prevents weirdness with quick refactoring screwing up the order when adding new using declarations.

ef39652e3b Horde: Add basic support for multiple Perforce servers. PerforceService now selects the appropriate server to use based on a ClusterName parameter passed in.
