6f080fc3f1 DDC: Added a ServerID field to the Jupiter configuration to allow reading settings from another section
When ServerID is used, configuration is first loaded from a key matching the ServerID field, in the HordeStorageServers section of the same INI. This makes it easier to put Jupiter configuration in a consistent place and have it stripped by the cooker to avoid leaking any of the configuration.

1ebb5b6a93 Make Live Coding enabled by default.
1) New projects will have live coding enabled by default.
2) Re-instancing will be enabled by default
3) The initial start mode of the console will be hidden
4) Moved some console specific configurations to the ini file specific to LCC
5) Added the saving of the disable action limit to the ini file.

7bbdf95cf0 Unify the DataDrivePlatformInfo for VULKAN_SM5 in a common VulkanPC fake platform. The same slot was used in Editor (FGenericDataDrivenShaderPlatformInfo::Infos[SP_VULKAN_SM5]) for all these different sets of values (Windows, Linux, etc), so they would overwrite eachother (and the last one loaded was used). Use a single set of values for all VULKAN_SM5 and we will add a ShaderPlatform for those that need to diverge (like it was done for Android) or store the setting elsewhere.

b164fa1975 UserDefinedStructureEditor reskin: split into structure/default values tabs, move "add variable" button to toolbar
- Also icon changes/tooltip text updates/small layout tweaks
- Remove bShowDefaultValuePropertyEditor config variable since default values tab can now be removed from the UI
- Cleanup: remove unused EMemberFieldPosition enum and PositionFlags member for FUserDefinedStructureFieldLayout

97a3285e40 Set bSupportsVariableRateShading to false in DataDrivePlatformInfo.ini for VULKAN_SM5 temporarily. Our current setup has VULKAN_SM5 defined for multiple other platforms and they clobber each other on load (you keep the settings of the last one loaded it seems).
