- When making universal dsyms, if an error occurs, we attempt with a FAT64 header, which is usable with Xcode15 and up.

Virtual Scouting - Tooltip polish and bugfixes.

- Tooltips now display as a dynamic arc.
- Valve Index button mapping order setup for Tooltips.
- Added missing Tooltip descriptions, future blank mapping descriptions will use Input Action display name as placeholder.
- Added Interaction mapping for Gaffer tool when in Left-Handed mode.

Virtual Scouting - tool bug fixes

Fixed missed setting of units (lumens) on creation of a rectlight. Default value now 25 lumens, same as a regular default rectlight.
Env light tool - fixed units to be Lux, not lumens. Made sun and moon light intensity slider log to accmodate large sun values (2000 lux)
Viewfinder - fixed updating the camera list when a new camera is created or the list is tabbed into view.

Virtual Scouting - fix for correct handedness in haptic feedback. All buttons now query handedness and handle their own haptics for onhovered and onclick.
...
Exposed bUseHaptics option to the button classes and fixed up buttons which should not get haptic bumps in the viewfinder palette.
Checkbox also gets haptic feedback on state change
Remove haptic events from main menu palette as these are now handled at the individual button level.
