27ccfbd723 PR #806: KDevelop Project Generation (UE-9427). 
- Contributed by salamanderrake.
- Cosmetic differences from the PR.
- Also removed filtering out Windows/Mac/etc directories when generating a qmake project since it makes code navigation worse.
