205fb168ff Fixing a number of cases of hardcoded or incorrect feature level shader map usages. The feature level or shader map should come from the World, Scene or View and not GMaxRHIFeatureLevel. This is not a comprehensive cleanup, just enough to get SM6 working without major issues.
