441324a228 StateTree: Added State outliner and made the main tree view more detailed
- Simplied the task icon
- Created common treeview for States, used for state selection and outliner view
- Added common functions to describe state links and transitions
- Made custom expander arrow the main tree view
- Move the task lits on separate row on the main tree view
- Added enter condition list for on main tree view
- Clicking on tasks or enter conditions highlight them in the details panel
- Added state outliner which displays the state list compactly
- Added feedback for the drag and drop, and moved the code to separate file

08b5314641 [StateTreeDebugger] replaced WITH_STATETREE_DEBUGGER by WITH_STATETREE_TRACE and WITH_STATETREE_TRACE_DEBUGGER to allow different targets to use only one of the two functionalities. For example consoles can only output traces while Desktop targets can output traces and analyse them.

a2b5613488 Slate: Deprecate SListView::ItemHeight and STreeViewItemHeight. ItemHeight and ItemWidth are only used when the panel is is as a tile or both value are assigned. With TreeView and ListView, you can't assigned both. The function are protected, a subclass of those could but it's up to them to expose the ItemHeight and ItemWidth. This behavior changed was introduced with CL 7634094.

3f326b2c0a [StateTreeDebugger]
- On breakpoint hit the tree view will select and focus on the associated state and event treeview will select the event that triggered the breakpoint
- added missing trace for exiting tasks
- scrub to the record time when breakpoint is hit so events tree view is synchronized to the right time (not the latest processed time)

f687596e32 [StateTreeDebugger]
- enabled by default in the StateTreeEditor
- traces can be automatically started on non-editor targets by setting 'bAutoStartDebuggerTracesOnNonEditorTargets = true in StateTreeSettings or' under [/Script/StateTreeModule.StateTreeSettings]
in the .ini config file.
- traces can be manually started/stopped using `statetree.startdebuggertraces` and `statetree.stopdebuggertraces` from the console

869839957a [StateTreeDebugger] breakpoint improvements
- added support for breakpoint when exiting state (was only when entering)
- added support for breakpoint when entering or exiting a task
- state breakpoints can be added from contextual menu in the TreeView or from the Debug options in the details panel
- task breakpoints can be added from the Debug options in the details panel
- added feedback labels in the details panel for states and tasks with breakpoints

1cd242d1dc [StateTree] debugger update
- moved debugger related files to a dedicated directory
- trace provider now allows to read all timelines associated to a given state tree asset instance
- added multiple slate widgets to manage tracks and timelines (directly inspired from RewindDebugger to make it easier to integrate the tools together eventually).
- added synchronized lists of instance names and timelines
- converted EStateTreeUpdatePhase to enum flags used to build frame details hierarchically

968e689a8a [StateTree] moved command list used by the tree view to the StateTreeEditor. Stored there, so that other windows (e.g. debugger) can add commands to it, even if the tree view is not spawned yet.

Initial version of the debugger
- currently compiled by StateTreeModule and StateTreeEditorModule using WITH_STATETREE_DEBUGGER
- currently not exposed to UI by StateTree settings 'bUseDebugger'
- in this version only one instance per asset can be debugged
- using Trace services to read events generated by statetree instances.
- can connect to any traces (Editor, Client, Server) as long as the compiled statetree matches

a43fd72984 StateTree: Editor fixes
- Updated add button to new positive button style
- Change the add-state logic to add to root or subtrees if context is present (e.g. add after)
- Renamed UStateTreeState::LinkedState to LinkedSubtree to indicate what kind of state is expected
- Removed strong reference from the treeview (was preventing a StateTree asset being deleted)
- Fixed bad colors when renaming a state
