afd1f21d8e [UE] Prevent the creation of multiple copies of pose watch elements by the RBAN AnimGraphNode
- Find and reuse existing Pose Watch Elements in the RBAN node, rather than creating new ones every time the editor is re-opened.

c675819ca1 [UE][FEATURE] Extend Pose Watches to support control of other aspects of animation node debug draw.
- Pose watches can now contain elements which represent different asspects of an anim nodes debug draw (i.e. bodies and constraints in RBAN)
- Elements can be used to enable anim node debug draw even when a node is not selected, acting in the same way as the previous pose watches
- The previous Pose watch behavior is now provided by an element within a pose watch
- RBAN nodes now make use of Pose Watch Elements
- Moved skeleton draw parameter UPROPERTIES from PoseWatch to specialised PoseWatchPoseElement class

7e1eab27e2 [UE][Feature] RBAN Better Debug Draw - 2nd attempt
- Added Debug Visualization of physics bodies and constraints for RBAN nodes in AnimBP editor
- Added checkboxes to filter debug Visualization to Phat skeleton tree
- Created a new PhysicsAssetRenderSettings class that incorporates the debug rendering and filtering settings from Phat
- Created a new PhysicsAssetRenderUtilities namespace that incorporates the debug rendering and filtering code from Phat
- Synchronize debug visualization of physics bodies and constraints between Phat and AnimBP editors

oringinaly submitted as cl-19242421 but failed on non-unity build so backed out

	Parenting operations are implemented on an updated morphology using :
	ParentTransforms(UGeometryCollection* GeometryCollection, const int32 InsertAtIndex, const TArray<int32>& SelectedBones);

	To parent a new transform:

	int32 RootIndex << within len( TransformGroup ) or -1 for a non-parented node.
	int32 BoneIndex = Collection->AddElements(1, UGeometryCollection::TransformGroup);
	GeometryCollectionAlgo::ParentTransform(Collection, RootIndex, BoneIndex);
	Transform[BoneIndex] = <some transform within local space of the RootIndex>

	Default collections have all geometry not parented. The function EnsureSingleRoot was added to guarantee  that the collection has at least one parent node.
	FGeometryCollectionCommands::EnsureSinglRoot(UGeometryCollection* RestCollection)

	Then matrices relative to the collections root are calculated using:
	GlobalMatrices(UGeometryCollection* GeometryCollection, TArray<FTransform> & Transforms);
