811b6be833 Can toggle each asset to be included in export or not. 
Default location set for export on startup.
Can select different resampling modes.

79323033de AssetType and AssetTypeList view models added. Some basic functionality included. 
Set Output folder now supported.
Save button added, and hooked up, but it doesn't do anything yet.
