- Powerups now popup 4 times slower from blocks
- Attempt at fixing vines
- Fixed power star combo not resetting when changing scene while having star power
- Fixed the WarpPipe enabled not resetting on scene change when you die on top of a warp pipe
- Fixed missing warp pipe in 16-3
