* Generalized wild Pokemon encounters to caves (walking) and surfing (water)

Uses `AreaGate`s to mark an `activeArea` on the game's `MapScreenr`. No longer needed to keep track of map & area from spawned Things.

* Merge branc h'master'

* Missing semicolon
