RickGrymes 3fe672d9a0 Add new apparel and armor definitions 
Expanded ThingDefs_Wastelander_Apparel.xml with additional apparel and armor items, including new pre-war outfits, costumes, and variants of combat armor. These changes introduce more variety and customization options for apparel in the game.

RickGrymes d1e863adc2 Remove 51 duplicate ThingDef entries from apparel XML 
Deleted 51 ThingDef definitions from ThingDefs_Wastelander_Apparel.xml, significantly reducing file length and removing duplicate or redundant apparel and armor entries. This cleanup helps prevent conflicts and streamlines the apparel definitions.
