Add pre-war food defs and textures

Add multiple pre-war food ThingDefs and corresponding textures, including Bubblegum, Canned Dog Food, Cotton Candy Bites, Packaged Iguana Bits, Crispy Squirrel Bits, Perfectly Preserved Pie, Potted Meat, Slocum's Joe canned coffee, Cram (family size), Sugar Bombs (fun size) and Slocum's BuzzBites items (donut, box, party box). Update/add Nutrition/MarketValue/Mass statBases for several items and add ingestible properties (joy, preferability, ingestion effects) where appropriate. Implement usable item-box comps for BuzzBites box/party box to spawn donuts on open. Add many new PNG assets and update existing textures for FCP_Cram and FCP_Sugar_Bombs; fix minor description/typo issues (Potato Crisps flavor/path).
