RickGrymes 30c70588c8 Adjust power armor trader faction and tech levels 
Changed the default faction for power armor traders to FCP_Faction_Wasteland_Settlers. Updated power armor and helmet tech levels from Spacer to Industrial. Removed the 'Visitor' category from the power armor trader definition and cleaned up stock generator structure.
