Ranger Rick 3c1cf88372 Add Fusion Core item and integrate with power armor 
Introduced a new Fusion Core item with associated textures and XML definition. Updated power armor to use Fusion Cores as fuel instead of chemfuel, and added Fusion Cores to trader stock. This enhances gameplay by providing a unique, valuable resource for powering advanced equipment.

RickGrymes bf0a8a0609 Add mod extensions and tags to power armor defs 
Added a FalloutCore.ApparelExtension to power armor to control body display and hiding. Updated power armor helmet base with a generation commonality and a new tag for identification.
