Changed the defName of the Sprtel-Wood 9700 laser pistol to FCP_Gun_Sprtel_Wood_9700_Unique to avoid potential conflicts and ensure uniqueness in weapon definitions.
Renamed defNames for Glock 86 Plasma Pistol, P-94 Plasma Rifle, and Plasma Machine Gun to be more descriptive and consistent. Updated the label for the Plasma Machine Gun to match its defName.
Introduced new XML definition files for flame, gauss, and laser energy weapons, including standard and unique variants. Also renamed WeaponDefs_Energy.xml to WeaponDefs_Plasma.xml to better reflect its contents.
