Subject: [PATCH] Rename Sprtel-Wood 9700 defName for uniqueness

Changed the defName of the Sprtel-Wood 9700 laser pistol to FCP_Gun_Sprtel_Wood_9700_Unique to avoid potential conflicts and ensure uniqueness in weapon definitions.
