Introduced detailed backstories for multiple unique Legion characters in CharacterBackstories_Legion.xml. Added corresponding character definitions for Dead Sea, Alexus, Canyon Runner, Gaius Magnus, Severus, Picus, Cursor Lucullus, Silus, Decanus Severus, Karl, Otho, and Antony in CharacterDefs_Legion.xml. Updated Unique_PawnKinds_Legion.xml to include new unique pawn kinds and required apparel for these characters, as well as helmet requirements for Legate, Vexillarius, and Centurion roles. Also made appearance and bio adjustments for existing Legion characters.
