RickGrymes 0d3669a3d7 Update Legion apparel and currency item stats 
Removed excess whitespace and standardized formatting in ThingDefs_Apparel.xml. Added useHitPoints, DeteriorationRate, and Flammability to Caesar's Robes. In Items_FCP_Currencies_Legion.xml, increased MarketValue and set Flammability to 0 for Legion Denarius. Also updated XML headers for both files.

Ranger Rick cd65519157 Adjust weaponMoney and remove apparel categories 
Increased weaponMoney range for Legion Explorer pawns from 150~150 to 150~500. Removed ApparelArmor category from Legion Veteran Decanus Helmet and Legion Centurion Helmet definitions.

Added the ApparelArmor thing category to Legion Tunic, Legion Plate, and Legion Vest definitions to ensure proper categorization and compatibility with systems relying on apparel categories.
