Changed the Legion ideology icon path to use the new 'FCP_Might_is_Right.png' texture and added the corresponding image file. Commented out the FactionTerritory mod extension in the Legion faction definition.
Changed the label for FCP_Meme_Legionism from 'Roman Law' to 'Might makes Right' to better reflect the intended theme.
it probably needs a better name, I just changed it because it's quite wordy at the time of writing it
