Changed the iconPath for the FCP_Meme_Legionism meme from 'World/FCP_LegionIcon' to 'Things/UI/Ideology/FCP_Might_is_Right' to use the correct icon.

RickGrymes 7d51d51c97 Update Legion icon and comment out territory extension 
Changed the Legion ideology icon path to use the new 'FCP_Might_is_Right.png' texture and added the corresponding image file. Commented out the FactionTerritory mod extension in the Legion faction definition.
