Subject: [PATCH] Adjust weaponMoney and remove apparel categories

Increased weaponMoney range for Legion Explorer pawns from 150~150 to 150~500. Removed ApparelArmor category from Legion Veteran Decanus Helmet and Legion Centurion Helmet definitions.
