Add forcedTraits to Legion backstories and reformat XML

Introduced forcedTraits to many Legion BackstoryDefs, such as FCP_Trait_Sharpshooter and FCP_Trait_Tough, to better define pawn characteristics. Also reformatted XML files for consistency, removed unnecessary whitespace, and standardized empty possessions tags.
