Subject: [PATCH] Remove Legion-related Defs and assets
Deleted all Legion-related XML definition files, including backstories, character, culture, faction, ideology, pawn kinds, research, thing categories, apparel, currencies, animal races, and more. Updated About.xml to reflect these removals. This commit likely removes Legion content from the mod.

They are cruel, warlike, and known to frequently commit massacres against civilians, which they view as dissolute and profligate. Caesar, or Edward Sallow as he was once known, leads his slave armies as an iron fisted dictator and pushes them ever forward to claim new territories for their leader, the self-proclaimed son of Mars himself. Before long, the Legion stood at the shores of the Colorado river and set their eyes on the gleaming towers of New Vegas and California beyond them.
